When did you stop believing in the crazy idea of government and all its trappings (such as voting)?Government in 1993. All its trappings in 2005!If we practice nonviolent communication, coupled with agorism, when do you think we'll see complete liberty (at least in a town or city)?Within a generation

"Wes Bertrand" commented on Wes Bertrand's Blog "Episode 180 - The nature of human fallibility, rightness and wrongness".You bet, James. Thanks for the suggestion! I just submitted the application, so unless they're biased against freedom, we should be good to go! :) I'll put the Stitcher banner on the podcast page and mention it on the show too. Cheers.

by Peace Requires Anarchy 10 months agoI recently read Gustave de Molinari's essay "The Production of Security" ( here: http://praxeology.net/GM-PS.htm ) and saw the phrase "complete liberty."
"Either communistic production is superior to free production, or it is not.
"If it is, then it must be for all things, not just for security.
"If not, progress requires that it be replaced by free production.
"Complete communism or complete liberty: that is the alternative!"
Is this where you got the phrase from? If not, I am curious what made you think of the phrase "complete liberty."
Personally I think the term is quite descriptive; it distinguishes consistent libertarians from minarchists who identify as libertarians. Yet interestingly I haven't come across the phrase anywhere besides that translation of Molinari's essay and your website.

by Peace Requires Anarchy 1 year agoHi Wes, I just found your website and signed up because I know I love what you advocate. I am wondering if there is any activity going on here, though. A brief look around tells me that it's tending towards the condition of my blog: a ghost town (I make up about half of my blog hits :-)). I see that the forum is inactive.
